Formerly a modest ranch-style residence in northern Scottsdale, this property has been reimagined as a private, contemporary sanctuary with the ambiance of a luxury resort.
The hedge of ficus surrounding the perimeter of the home screens the distractions from adjacent properties. This Air BnB attracts those in need of a meaningful rest, featuring a beach–edge entry to the pool and vines overhead filter the sun. A contemporary firepit and water feature allow for entertaining.
Round stepping stones lead from the pool and firepit to private dining alcove, surrounded by a carved concrete wall, with custom woven teardrop lanterns hanging from a living trellis of lady banks rose vines. Each window features views of the horticultural oasis on the outside, while a screen of Mexican fence post create privacy in the bathroom shower.
